This fun and engaging nutrition-based session is proudly sponsored by CARiNG Pharmacy, Dutch Lady, Herbaland, and Ninoko. Students have explored healthy eating habits, balanced nutrition, and portion control where all in a joyful, interactive way through building their own Healthy Plate (Suku Suku Separuh) and planning a complete and balanced meal through card games! Standard 1 students had also received BMI and nutrition consultation after the workshop. All students have received exclusive take-home goodies to continue the fun at home.
